Water Festival
At IBES, we believe in making learning an adventure, and our recent Water Festival was a shining example of just that. After spending weeks learning about water and its many uses in the classroom, we decided it was time for the kids to experience water in a whole new way—through play!
On a bright, sunny day, children from all four IBES branches gathered in our beautiful garden, filled with excitement for the Water Festival. The event was designed to teach them practical lessons about water while making sure they had loads of fun. From the moment they arrived, their energy was contagious, and the activities we had lined up were perfect for channeling it.
We kicked off the day with simple tasks like washing dishes and cleaning clothes. The children were thrilled to get hands-on experience and giggled as they splashed water onto themselves while learning how everyday chores are done. They even had a chance to practice “taking a shower,” learning the importance of personal hygiene in a playful way.
Of course, no Water Festival would be complete without a grand finale. After a morning full of activities, the children jumped into the pool to cool off and have some free playtime. Watching them splash, laugh, and enjoy themselves was the perfect ending to an unforgettable day.
The Water Festival wasn’t just about having fun; it was about bringing classroom lessons to life, fostering teamwork, and giving our kids a chance to learn valuable life skills in a joyful and engaging way. We are so proud of all the children for participating and making the day a success.
